Though Norma may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Norma leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Welch and Lillian Welch (Parks); her husband William McGaren; and her sister Karen Ellenwood. She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Hardesty (Jackie), Scott McGaren and Timothy McGaren (Brooke); and her siblings, Linda Howlett, Herbie and Mike Welch. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
