She was predeceased by: her parents, Margie Elizabeth Basham Perrine and Paul Perrine; and her brother Paul Edward Perrine. She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Sonny" Hermes; her children, Paul Hermes of Hardinsburg and Paige Askins (Rick) of Hardinsburg; her sisters, Marsha Robinson and Peggy Sue Perrine; her grandsons, Wyatt Hermes (Holly), Ethan Hermes (Hannah Roberts), Blaine Voyles and Blake Voyles (Lilly); and her great grandchildren, Cassian and Lilah.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home (198 Lawrence St, Brandenburg, KY 40108). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at the Louisville Memorial Gardens West (4400 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216).
