He was predeceased by: his parents, Nevitt Graham and Edith Mae Benham (Alston); and his brother John Matt Benham. He is survived by: his wife Diane Benham; his children, Daniel LaRoy Benham (Calvina), Matthew LaRoy Benham (Noelia) and Emily Diane Benham; his grandchildren, Chesney, Devin, Danielle, Isaac Benham and Abigail Humphries; his great grandchild Kingston LaRoy Benham; his sister Bonita Tyler (Deacon); his niece Sarah Tyler; his brother Joe Benham; and his niece Nicole Benham.
