He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Fredrick and Geraldine T. Rhoades (Dooley); and his wife Jean. He is survived by: his children, Byron Rhoades (Lucy), Cheryl Brown (Roger Crenshaw) and Jay Tyler Rhoades; and his siblings, Shirley Ann Bartlett and Franklin Delano Rhoades. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
