In the vast expanse of eternity, Herbert shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Herbert farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Lee Thompson Sr. and Margaret Thompson; and his brother Gary Thompson. He is survived by: his siblings, Rebecca Thompson Greer and David Thompson. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Custer Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.
