She is survived by: her mother Jesse Adams; her grandparents, Billy and Stephanie Adams; her great-grandparents, Bill Adams (Diane), Joan Adams, Lee Klockow, Richard and Judi Ross; her great-aunt Laura Barr (Dennis); her aunts and uncles, Scott King (Leah), Jordan King (Kayla), Hannah King (Christian Payne), Lillie Flaherty (Zach) and Ben King; her cousins, Aria, Ellie, Griffin, Payson, Piper, Nash and Eliza; and her caregivers, Cincinnati, Norton of Children's Hospital, Hayley, Susan, Jenna, Mary, Kayla, Carlin, Sela, Lisa, Ari, Jisha, Alexis and Tabbi.
