He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Miller and Lillian Saling Moore; and his brother Theodore Brooks. He is survived by: his close friend Martha Ann Haynes; his children, Joseph Miller (Sarah), Elizabeth Dugas (Wesley) and Mike Durbin; his grandchildren, Waylon, Bella and Sadie; and his sisters, Jean Brockman, Diane Gibson, Terry Harper and Ewona.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the funeral home to aid the family with expenses.
