She is survived by: her daughter Diana Johnson Chism of Brandenburg, KY; her sister Linda Mallory of Lake View, OH; and her grandchildren, Amy Chism of Brandenburg, KY, David Chism (Lori) of Brandenburg, KY, Emily Matthews (Russ) of Guston, KY and Kyle Chism (Tabitha) of Somerset, KY. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren and ten great-great grandchildren.
