He was predeceased by: his parents, Damon Harold and Alma Rae Orrender. He is survived by: his wife Christy Marie; his children, Travis Bryan, Charles Anthony and Leah Mae (Heath, Jr.); his grandson Heath III; and his brothers, David Andrew (Sharon) and Denver Alan.
