She is survived by: her fiancé Marty Maddox; her daughters, Michelle Moore (Leon) of Lebanon, Melissa Pittman of Lebanon, Mary Ann Morris of Lexington and Melinda Faye Shively of Campbellsville; and her siblings, Ronnie E. Orberson (Juilanna) of Lebanon and Linda Colvin (Edward) of Campbellsville. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
