He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Svanoe and Lorraine C. Svanoe. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Svanoe; his children, William S. Svanoe Jr. (Margit Hain Svanoe) and Robin Svanoe Hanks (Dave Hanks); his grandchildren, Kathryne Hanks and Jacob Hanks; and his sisters, Catharine Julian (Richard Julian) and Christine Spaziani (Robert Spaziani). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
