He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elmer Howard Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Lightfoot; and his granddaughter Essence Holman. He is survived by: his brother James Elmer Howard, Jr.; and his children, Lerissa Williams of Bowling Green, KY and Jeremy Bunton of Bowling Green, KY. He is also survived by six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; siblings.
