He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvis R. Blair and Mamie Gertrude Blair; his wife Alice Ford Berkley Blair; and his siblings, Billy, Loyd, Lonnie, Junior Lee, Otha, Henry, Otis Wayne, Dorothy, James William and Ricky.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Blair Wolfe of Bowling Green, Harold Leroy Blair of Bowling Green, John David Berkley (Jo Ann) of Irving and Charles "Mickey" Berkley (Dianna) of Bowling Green; and his siblings, Elizabeth Elmore, Bobby Eugene Blair (Dianne), Dale Blair (Chris), Joe Neal Blair (Judee), Audrey Carter, Kenneth Blair, Anita Gertrude Blair, Rita Jo Wolfe, Terry Glen Blair (Betti), Bobby Floyd Blair Sr. and Betty Sue Ignacio Moore (Rick). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 6 bonus grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the J. C. Kirby & Son Broadway Chapel (832 Broadway Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at the Mt. Lebanon Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
