He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Louise Fox Haley; and his parents, Grover Cleve Haley and Hattie Mae Price Haley. He is survived by: his siblings, Ernest Haley, Joseph Tom Haley, Millie Haley Johnson and Ruby Cole; his children, Dwight Haley (Kathy), Debbie Haley Rector (Winfred) and Teresa Haley (Tooter); his grandson Craig Rector (Laura); his great grandchildren, Caelan Fox, Ella Rector and Ali Fox; and his friend Chuck Phillips. He is also survived by his family and friends.
