She was predeceased by: her parents, Tracy Monroe and Mary E. Hall; her husband Virgil Ray Owens; her daughter Paula Owens; and her siblings, Tommy Hall, Bonita Springs, Mariana Bilbrey and Marjorie Miller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Jewell and Marilyn Rush; her brother Minor Hall; and her grandchildren, Randy Jewell, Jeffery Jewell, Julie Rush, Ryan Rush, Dr. Kristin DeMichele and Dr. Dustin Owens. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Owens' memory to the United Methodist Church Children's Home.
