He was predeceased by: his parents, James Womac and Carlene Bagget; his niece Christy Gregory; his stepfather Terry Bagget; his child Cilicia Womac; and his brothers-in-law, Jody Lyons and Mark Lindsey.
He is survived by: his daughter Haley Merriman; his grandchildren, Kembry and Kase Merriman; his significant other Jackie Churchwell; his siblings, David Womac (Sandy), Pam Smock (Craig), Donna Lyons and Tim Womac (Sandra); and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hillvue Heights Church (Small Chapel) (3219 Nashville Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42101).
