He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Arnold Kinser and Betty Lou Kinser; his brother Charles Gary Jr.; and his son Thomas Shane Kinser. He is survived by: his wife Ruenell; his daughters, Kim Propes (Anthony) and Jennifer Shuffett (J. D.); and his grandchildren, Andrea Nicole Kinser, Clayton Shuffett (Holly), Zachary Shuffett (Claire), Ryan Propes (Crystal), Dylan Propes, Samantha Detweiler (Lonnie) and Terry Mitchell Kinser. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
