He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Gail Mayhew Kennedy; his daughters, Theresa Chenal Short (Nick), Lindsey Renee'Miller-Coffey, Brittany Renee'Harris and Heather Nicole Milus (Clifford); his stepchildren, Aaron Phelps (Sarah), Kevin Phelps, Kayla Stone and Milton Montgomery, Jr.; his grandchildren, Daymian (DayDay), Trinity, Easton, Legacee, CliffLee, Julian, Paxton, Bentley, Alexander and Skylar; his mother-in-law Carolyn Mayhew; and his brothers-in-law, Steven Mayhew, Kevin Mayhew and Jacob Franklin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and special friends.
