She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Cline and Bulah Cline (Miller); and her sister Shirley Hubbard. She is survived by: her husband Edwin Burdell Bailey; her children, Priscilla Miller (William, Jr.) of Bowling Green, Tammy Brod (Don) of Bowling Green and Chad Bailey of Bowling Green; her stepson Edwin Burdell Belk; her grandchildren, Matthew Miller (Alison), Samantha Miller (Wayne) and Dalton Bush; her great grandchildren, William, Makaylah, Jazzy and Nylah; her siblings, Betty Flowers, Maxine King and Steve Cline; and her pets, Chloe and Oliver. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters in law, and special friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the J. C. Kirby & Son Broadway Chapel (832 Broadway Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location.
