He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Richard and Irene Russell (Miller); and his brothers, Donnie Russell and Eugene Russell, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Roy Russell, Jr., Paul Russell, Susan Daniels, Mandy Pruett (Dale) and Malinda Taylor (William); his grandchildren, Raven, Kala, Cayman, Quenton, Lachlan, Sydney, Matthew, Tyler, Brandon, Hunter and Dillon; his great grandchildren, Vincent, Luke, Micah and Calix; and his siblings, Larry Russell (Zandra), Nelson Russell, Imogene Massey and Sue Burton (Glen).
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the J. C. Kirby & Son Broadway Chapel (832 Broadway Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
