He was predeceased by: his parents, A. J. Rascoe and Lucille Gray Rascoe; and his siblings, Mildred Foster, Betty Harris, Ralph Rascoe and Ewing Rascoe.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Conyer Rascoe; his daughters, Nancy Lynn Skipworth (Rodney) and Mary Elizabeth Shipley (Darren); his grandchildren, Robert Skipworth, Luke Skipworth, Matthew Shipley and Elizabeth Shipley; and his siblings, Gerald Rascoe (Barbara), Martha Kenney (Mike) and Linda Rascoe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
