He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Carlson and Bernice Seckard Carlson; and his brother Robert Carlson. He is survived by: his wife Addie Hays Carlson; his children, Melinda (Matt Logic), Melissa Kay Carlson and Jeff Carlson; his grandchildren, Elaina Carlson, Megan Carlson, Garrick Logic, Hannah Logic and Paris Carlson; his great grandchildren, Kayleigh and Samuel; and his pet Sugie (Sugar). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
