He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Kerr and Ova Della Kerr (Thompson); his wife Billie Louise Kerr (Nevins); his grandson Russell James Kerr; and his siblings, R. T. Kerr, Grady Kerr, Madelle Ford, Betty Craddock, Evon Goad, Sally Gurganus and Geraldine Rich.
He is survived by: his son Kerry Kerr (Terry) of Bowling Green; his grandsons, Mitchell Kerr (Hillary) of Bowling Green and Miles Lamer (Abby) of Bowling Green; and his great grandchildren, Silas Kerr and Waylon Lamer.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Bartley & Sons - Tompkinsville (204 Columbia Ave, Tompkinsville, KY 42167). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at the Monroe County Memorial.
