He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie William and Clara Lyon Higginbotham; and his brothers, Jim, Douglas and Butch.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Higginbotham; his children, Barry Higginbotham (Misty) and Kathy Devine (Chris); his grandchildren, Allison Basham (Chris), Victoria Trivett (Josh) and Dylan Higginbotham; his great grandchildren, Kennedy and Anna Kay; and his sisters, Deloris Crain, Sherry Johnson and Juanita Pedigo.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hardy & Son Funeral Home (3098 Louisville Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42101). A masonic service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
