He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Scarbrough and Erma Louise Perdue Scarbrough; and his wife Linda Brown Scarbrough. He is survived by: his daughter Paula Sleeman (Andy); and his grandchildren, Sammantha Ballou (Will) and Troy Sleeman. He is also survived by one great grand-daughter and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the J. C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel (820 Lovers Ln, Bowling Green, KY 42103). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at the Fairview Cemetery (1209 Fairview Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42103).
