We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2024, at the age of 69, Patsy Ann Peay of Bowling Green, Kentucky, born in Greenville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Watson Hoover and Exie Faye Beliles; and her sister Mildred Embry. She is survived by: her children, David Hoover (Kim) of Bowling Green, KY, Steve Peay (Candy) of Bowling Green, KY, Randy Peay of Bowling Green and Brittany Nelly of Bowling Green, KY; and her granddaughter Tiffany Hill. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 4 brothers, 2 sisters, and several nieces and nephews.
