She is survived by: her parents, David Harold Goodrich and Shirley Bonn Goodrich (Johnson); her husband Billy Lewis Sheppard; her children, Amber Culver (Rob) of Elizabethtown, KY, Tony Culver (Kayla) of Bowling Green, KY, Randi Sheppard (Brett Schroader) of Bowling Green, KY and Christopher Sheppard (Kiahra); her grandchildren, Lilianna, Aiden, Cody, Kenzlee, Loyalty, Zealin, Dakota and Isaiah; her siblings, Jessie Marie Reece (Gregg) of Bowling Green, KY, April Lynn Pansy Sprott (Joe) of Bowling Green, KY, Chad Goodrich (Christi) of Louisville, KY and Bruce Goodrich (Deborah) of Smyrna, TN; and her nieces and nephews, Sydney Goodrich, Brendon Goodrich, Brooklynn Goodrich, Joseph Sprott, Autumn Sprott, Jasmine Sprott and Georgetta Pullman.
