She is survived by: her husband Gene Forbes; her children, Karen Forbes and Brian Forbes; her grandchildren, Kalen, Kenzie Tyler, Ashley Forbes Barcley and Misty Forbes; her great grandchild Asher Long; and her brothers, Harel Carrier (Judy) and Darel Carrier (Donna). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
