A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 2:30 PM and on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens (700 Old US 68, Campbellsville, KY 42718).
