He is survived by: his wife Linda Huenefeld of Bowling Green; his brother David Holian (Sally) of Forest Park, IL; his daughters, Laura Dillard (Scott) of Birmingham, AL, Sarah Cherry of Lexington, KY and Elizabeth Heller (Will) of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, Thomas Dillard (Katie) of Dallas, TX, Jackson Dillard of Birmingham, AL, Meredith Cherry of Bowling Green, Katherine Cherry of Lexington, KY, Henry and Holly Heller of Bowling Green; his nephew Dr. David Holian II (Heather Holian) of Greensboro, N. C.; and his pet Anni.
