He is survived by: his children, Richard David Martinez (Kathy), Debbie Cardwell (Tony) and Margie Blackford (Tommy); his siblings, Betty Jean Lovenstein, Joyce Dodd and Bill Joe Davis; his grandchildren, Ricky Martinez, Cody Whitehouse, Kayelee Whitehouse, Karson Whitehouse, Christopher Cardwell, Jackson Blackford and Sydney Blackford; and his great grandchildren, David Martinez and Savannah Martinez.
