She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Richards and Pearl Donoho Richards; her husband Jerry Polston; her children, Lorri Polston Hocker and Michael Polston; and her brother Walter Richards.
She is survived by: her daughter Kelli Combs; her brother Joe Richards; her grandchildren, Michael Polston, Stefani Grace (Travis) and Austin Hocker; her great grandchild Sawyer Stephen Abel Grace; and her niece Debbie Carter (Harvey). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home, Inc. (901 Fairview Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
