She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Falk of Russellville, KY; her grandson Patrick DeRoy (Rachel) of Bowling Green, KY; her great grandchild Evelyn DeRoy; and her sister Patty Fox of Charleston, SC..

Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (403 N Main St, Morgantown, KY 42261). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
