He was predeceased by: his mother Vivian Bush Phelps. He is survived by: his father Larry Earl Phelps; his significant other Kathi Durham; his sons, John Phelps and Hunter Phelps; his sister Lisa Phelps Rabold; and his nephew Nick Rabold.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the J. C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel (820 Lovers Ln, Bowling Green, KY 42103). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
