He is survived by: his children, Kayla Chapman (Paul) and Michael Frames (Ashley); his siblings, Becky Fortner, Alice Tetrick, Ronnie Gammons and Ricky Gammons; and his grandchildren, Jazzlyn Frames, Sadie Frames, Avery Chapman and Presley Chapman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home (901 Fairview Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101).
