He was predeceased by: his parents, William Caldwell and Nellie Rufine Howlett (McLellan); his brothers, Bill and Joe Howlett; and his grandson Robert Coughlin.
He is survived by: his wife Edessa Howlett; his daughters, Tina Carter (Jeff) and Laura Coughlin (Kent); his grandchildren, Will Parker Carter (Megan), John Carter, Addison Cooley (Jake) and Cooper Coughlin; and his great grandchildren, Lincoln and Roman Carter.
In lieu of flowers, Larry requested that donations be made to Hope House, HOTEL Inc., Curbside, and Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
