He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawton Junior Ballentine and Teresa; his grandparents, Dalton Pickens, Gerdie Ballentine, Doris June Brewer and Dexter Brewer; and his sister-in-law Crystal Lynn Carney.
He is survived by: his children, Olivia Ann Ballentine and Michael Ballentine; his fiancée Tammy McCartney; and his siblings, Secely Willoughby Lovejoy (Donny), Ben Carney, Chris Carney (Eva) and Julie Jensen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 5:00 PM at 1535 White Stone Quarry Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42101. A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
