He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Hendrick Herrington. He is survived by: his father David Herrington; his son Brandon Herrington (Heather); his grandson Carter Herrington; his daughter Taylor Gentry; and his siblings, Sheila Simmons (Preston) and Dale Herrington (Tina Miller). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
