He was predeceased by: his parents, Willodean Manley Howard and James Wilmoth Howard; and his brother Clayton Howard. He is survived by: his children, Amberlee Lyons, Brianne Howard and Aaron Howard; his siblings, Kathy Adams, Jeff Howard (Kim), Rick Howard (Carolyn) and Joe Howard (Denise); and his close friend Johnny Urban. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
