She is survived by: her husband Nelson Van Sise; her daughters, Janie Curry (Donnie), Angela Chai Teri Grote (Kian), Mindy Hall and Maria Mitchell; and her siblings, Connie Zachary, Clayton Zachary and Donald Zachary.
