She was predeceased by: her parents, Georgia Pruett Garrity and Eugene Garrity; and her siblings, David Garrity, Anthony Garrity and Brenda Monroe.

She is survived by: her husband Wane Bell; her daughter Kathleen Rich; and her brothers, Tim Garrity (Karen) and Erick Garrity. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
