He is survived by: his son Ricky Dale Crump (Kaye) of Munfordville; his grandson Coty Dale Crump (Jodi); his stepgrandson Damian Ray Hughes; his siblings, Shirley Huff, Dixie Walker and Mitchell Crump; and his caregiver Teresa Hyde.
