She was predeceased by: her husband Orvil Brand Jr.; and her parents, Clifford Deason and Marie Deason. She is survived by: her siblings, Ruth Higgs of Central City, Forest Deason of Central City and Jerry Deason (Lavonda) of Central City; her sons, Michael Brand of Bowling Green and Kim Brand (Teresa) of Bowling Green; and her grandchildren, Joshua Brand (Angela) of Lexington, Stephanie Bryant (Nathan) of Central City, Ashley McDaniel (David) of Alabama and Aaron Brand (Kayla) of Alabama. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
