She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Melvin, Dorothy Dunning, Bobby, Lucille Hazel, Elivs and Mary Bates; and her grandmothers, Rita Lemmons and Lucinda Herald.

She is survived by: her parents, Ashly Herald and Scott Lemmons of Bowling Green; her grandparents, Thomas Dunning (Angela) of Bowling Green, Debbie Dunning of Bowling Green, Jimmy Herald of Bowling Green and Penny Milam of Bowling Green; her aunts, Brittany Hesson (Dillon) of Bowling Green, Danielle Shields (BJ) of Evansville, IN, Christy Burkett (Sam) of Troy, MO, Crystal Tucker of Bowling Green and Tiffany Manning of Bowling Green; her uncle Brandon Milam (Michelle) of Scottsville; and her cousins, Kyler, McKenna Watt, Alia, Neveah Manning, Trevor, Elizabeth Shields, Keegan, Anistyn Hesson and Kendall Burkett. She is also survived by several great aunts, great uncles, cousins, and close friends.
