He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Rigsby and Ruth Rigsby. He is survived by: his wife Trish; his children, Shahn Rigsby (Lisa Frye), Susan Rigsby and Laura Rigsby Orsland (Eric); his grandchildren, Taylor, Grace, Ella Hagan, Frannie and Paul Rigsby-Tinch; and his sister Gayle Steenbergen (Bobby).

Harold requested no memorial service, but expressions of sympathy can be made in contributions to Art Sanctuary in Louisville, KY at their website art-sanctuary.org.
