With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Harold Edward Gaunce of Bowling Green, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 4, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Nancye Wade-Gaunce; his daughter Audrey Phelps; his parents, Lillian Sexton and Spencer Gaunce; and his brother Chester.
He is survived by: his daughter Tracy Gaunce; his son-in-law David Phelps; his grandchildren, Zack Phelps (Regan) and Jacob Phelps (Kathy); his great grandchildren, Hudson, Keaton and Claire Phelps; and his friend Darlene Simpson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the J. C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel (820 Lovers Ln, Bowling Green, KY 42103). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at the J. C. Kirby & Sons Lovers Lane Chapel (820 Lovers Ln, Bowling Green, KY 42103).
