He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Richard Douglas and Martha Jane Douglas (Borden); his sister Carla Lee (Butch); and his granddaughter Madison Kowalski. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Douglas (Schmitz); his sister Jan Neagles (Wayne); his children, Lorrie Morgan (Scott Ehredt), Elizabeth Douglas, Amy Spader (Mark) and Jason (Megan); his grandchildren, Justin, Chase Morgan, Andrew, Jeffrey and Evan Spader; and his great grandchild Jayden Caballero.
