He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Gregory and Margaret Gregory (Burns) of Bowling Green, Kentucky.; and his brother Ed Gregory (Connie). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Gregory (Irving); and his children, Steve Gregory (Tina), Anita Pelle (Bruce), Andrew Gregory (Pam), Tony Gregory (Kathy) and Brian Gregory (Brandi). He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren.
