She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse J. Hazel and Lassie Mae Black Hazel; her husband Charles F. House; and her siblings, Elzie Hazel, Jessie Ray Hazel, Marvin Hazel, Harold Hazel, Georgia Dashner and Jeanette Massengale.
She is survived by: her niece Sandra Hazel Lee of Port Charlotte; her siblings, Becky Smith of Lafayette, Indiana, Bobby Hazel of Bowling Green and Joe Hazel of Huntsville, Kentucky; her close friends, Phil and Betty Wright; her many Church; and her caregivers, Sheila Hughes, Becky Harvey and Virginia Tucker. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the J. C. Kirby & Son Broadway Chapel (832 Broadway Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
