She was predeceased by: her parents, Isadore Cortez and Jennie Bravo Cortez; her sister Arlene Nicholson; and her husband William V. Hopkins. She is survived by: her daughters, Jacqueline Piper and Donna Barry; her stepson Stan Hopkins; and her siblings, Daniel, Thomas Cortez and Carol Koronkiewicz. She is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
